Management of Severs.
A. Our establishment is 21 and over. No one is
allowed in
without proper ID that is checked
before anyone is allowed through
the door. All bar areas are staffed
with at least one person who is
HP's certified and considered the Head Bartender at that bar. All
bartenders are instructed not to
serve anyone who appears to be
intoxicated. We offer other beverages
such as coffee, water, sodas,
etc... As well we have a cool-down
area. In addition we have a Car
service if needed for anyone who
needs it. The Car service has a
dedicated area outside our building.
B. There are regular Server meetings regarding
issues that
might arise or for the sole purpose
to re-in force procedures regarding
the serving of alcoholic beverages
to patrons. All of our servers are
aware it is not tolerated by
management to allow our patrons to
consume several shots of liquor with-in a unreasonable amount of
time as well as alcoholic beverages
in general. As it is impossible to
control other patrons purchasing
drinks for someone, again, if we see
a Patron over over-intoxicated we
request they call it a night and
either notify the people their with or have them leave the club and
offer them our car service if they're driving.
C. Effective with-in the month of January 2010 we
will offer a
on-site breathalyzer for any Patron
who wishes to use it. This will be
located at our front door where are
cool-down area is located.
D. In the event of someone getting sick in their
stomach those
issues are handled on a individual
basis for that incident.

from the premises and help get them a cab.
If a person disobeys the
rules that are posted at the front door they are immediately ask to
leave. If it is a one-time incident they
are warned it will not be
allowed again and they will be banned from
entering the building.
There is a camera at the door in which we take a picture if such
a
incident occurs.

If the emergency is that of
physical/medical we ask the Patron if
they want to go to the Hospital. If
they've denied such assistance we
do what is necessary to make sure they are
OK. We have first-aid
kits at all bars on the premises.
If the emergency is that of Security and our Security staff can't handle it we immediately call 911.
