In order to continue our work serving the residents of ANC 6D, we will be utilizing a virtual meeting format via WebEx Events throughout the duration of Mayor Bowser’s declared public health emergency related to the Covid-19 pandemic. The latest updates from the Mayor can be found here.

Several changes will be made to our meetings to ensure they run smoothly in this new virtual environment:

1) Please send any public meeting announcements you would like made at the beginning of the meeting to 6D@anc.dc.gov at least 12 hours prior to the meeting so that they may be compiled and read by the Chairperson.

2) Only Commissioners and Presenters will have their audio and video unmuted throughout the meeting. If you have a question about a particular agenda item, please e-mail your SMD Commissioner or the ANC 6D office prior to the meeting. The Commission may ask the question during the meeting, time permitting, but will follow-up directly with an answer should the question not be addressed during the meeting session.

3) If you have an item for the Community Concerns portion of the meeting, please e-mail your comments to 6D@anc.dc.gov at least 24 hours prior to the meeting time. We will make all attempts to arrange for you to speak “live” during this portion of the meeting, but if technology issues arise, we want to ensure that we have a written copy of your comments so they may be read by the Chairperson and entered into the record.

4) The link and phone number to access the Virtual Meeting will be posted at www.ANC6D.org/virtualmeeting before the meeting is scheduled to begin. Participants will be able to login no earlier than 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time.

As always, if you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out to your ANC Commissioner or our office at any time.

As a reminder, for the safety of yourself and others, DC Government urges ALL District residents to stay home except if you need:
